OK, Bad puns. Worse photo though! I can see what the REALTOR® was trying to highlight, but again, another opportunity is wasted to show off how the nice mouldings pull the room together. A nice wide angle shot of this room would be more valuable to the buyer. They will still notice the mouldings, just now you’ve given them an opportunity to see the house that they will hopefully be moving into.
