“Forest through the trees“

I don’t post many outside photos here on the Horrible MLS Photo Of The Day, but this one had to be pointed out. Granted, it’s not the only exterior shot of the house (the other one was much better) but it’s set as the main photo for the listing, which means it shows first, and shows up in the ever-expanding list of matching properties when somebody searches. If they can’t even see the house, what are the chances you’ll get the call on the property as opposed to another suitable matching property?
