April 23rd, 2008 “No Peasants, Serfs, or Vassals Allowed” Besides being a little reminiscent of medieval times, this shot does little to tell a story about why I should buy this property, unless perhaps I have a strong affection for renaissance fairs faires. I’m not sure what room this is. See all the usual suspects here. –Tim Ayres Subscribe via e-mail, your favourite feed reader,Continue reading “Horrible MLS Photo Of The Day #49”

April 20th, 2008 “April Showers…” Just another poorly-composed bathroom shot. If there was one tip I could offer to all REALTORS® when shooting photos, it would be to only photograph bathrooms if you have the proper wide-angle lenses to do so. April 18th, 2008 “Enter into The Dark Side” Nice entry, but the walls are in the way, and the photo is crooked. To make the place more inviting, turn off the flash (or use a proper one) and/or use a tripod and wide-angle lens. This probably could have been done with a normal lens, justContinue reading “Horrible MLS Photo Of The Day #45”

April 17th, 2008 “You’re sure to be a FAN of this house!” Sorry, I’m just not very punny. April 16th, 2008 “Reduce your energy bill with your VERY OWN Nuclear Reactor in the Den!” I’m not sure what caused this interesting photo… It could have been a really dark shot that was edited by the REALTOR® to bring out the foreground, and in the process over-exposed the background. –Tim Ayres Subscribe via e-mail,Continue reading “Horrible MLS Photo Of The Day #43”
