I think I’ll call this Ayres Directive #2. Do not shoot only the features of the home. Show the buyer how the home looks because of the features. Lots of homes have laminate and ceramic tile flooring. This shot tells us nothing about the home. It appears to be a front entrance, but wouldn’t it be more useful to show what that looks like, instead of focusing on the floor?
