It’s been a while since I’ve featured a pet on the Horrible MLS Photo of the Day. This, from sharp-eyed MLS-surfer and financial planner extraordinare Jeremy Kimm, is hilarious. This cat HATES you. It does not want you in its home, and will attack you when you go to view the condo.
In all seriousness, pets don’t belong on the MLS. With today’s concerns about allergens and other environmental health issues, you’re probably excluding a good number of buyers by proudly showing Fluffy in the photos. Also, some people just don’t like cats. At least I haven’t come across any kids in the pictures.
