“Textured Ceilings! See?! See?!”
The rule of thirds tells us that we should place the subject of the photograph in bottom or top [and/or left or right] third of the frame. While it’s nice that the REALTOR® in question pays attention to the rule, it’s not so nice that it’s the wrong third. It looks as if he or she was trying to avoid getting the table in the frame (as evidenced by the chair in the lower left).
