How do I know? Because I saw no fewer than ten shots just like this when scouring the MLS for photos this morning. The sunny days give lots of trouble for interior shots because the bright light coming in the windows causes the shot to be dark and under-exposed. Better to shoot with your back to the window, allowing all that gorgeous sunlight to illuminate the room.
